  Hello .... and WELCOME to my humble home !!! My friends call me NEL. Thank you for sparing some time to visit me here at my site. Feel free to browse and I hope you enjoy it's contents. A brief history of myself: Having graduated from the College of Architecture & Fine Arts of University of Santo Tomas in 1979 and passing the licensure exams given by the Professional Regulation Commission in 1981, I have been practicing my architectural profession for the past 27 years. I started as an employee and is blessed to have been employed in prestigious architectural offices like Francisco Mañosa & Partners and Arcenas Payumo Andrews as assistant job captain and senior architectural draftsman respectively. After gaining the experience needed, I decided to try and establish a name as an architect for myself. It was a hard but fulfilling climb. To this day, I have about 80 projects which I designed and built, consisting mostly of residential homes, interior spaces and other religious structures like churches, a cathedral [located in Mindoro], a belfry tower and a columbarium. I am so blessed to be happily married to Winnie, my wife for the past 25 years and to have my 2 kids, Yna & Yno.

Architect Nel Pascual,

I'm an architecture student of Technological University of the Philippines and currently doing my research about Home for the Aged. Our proposed thesis title is "Residential Care Center for Elderly" and I want to learn more about this kind of facility especially from the professionals like you. If you don't mind may I have a personal interview with you and gathered some data about your study and how you design the Haven for Elderly?
